2018January | Geomatec establishes a mass production system for thin film technology to be used in HRDP®, a material developed by Mitsui Mining and Smelting Co., Ltd. for the formation of microcircuits with glass carriers to be used in fan-out panel-level packaging. |
2018August | Geomatec establishes a mass production system for glassy carbon transfer printing plate production technology and highly functional films for the production process of highly functional films with a moth-eye structure. |
