This film formation method enables mass production of flexible thin film in rolls.
Overview
Film such as resin film and metal foil can be formed in rolls—ideal for mass production. This method has been successful for film as thin as 4µm.

- We have deposition equipment in various sizes; 1,300mm wide machine suited to mass production and large areas and 700mm wide machines ideal for prototypes and small areas, to meet diverse needs of our customers.
- With our cutting-edge machines and technology, we handle ultra-thin films as thin as 4 µm. We can accommodate long lengths up to 7,000 m when the film thickness is 50 µm.
